The HR & Finance Executive will play a dual role in managing both human resources and financial operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly switch between people-focused initiatives and financial management.

Human Resources

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Maintain HRIS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies.

Design and implement employee engagement and team-building activities.

Draft and refine HR documentation (contracts, policies, performance reviews).

Support leadership in performance management and career development.

Curate appreciation notes, milestone celebrations, and team experiences.

Finance

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.

Collaborate with external auditors and consultants when required.

Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and support cost-effective decision-making.

Assist in payroll processing and employee compensation tracking.
