The HR & Finance Executive will play a dual role in managing both human resources and financial operations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly switch between people-focused initiatives and financial management.
Human Resources
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain HRIS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Design and implement employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Draft and refine HR documentation (contracts, policies, performance reviews).
• Support leadership in performance management and career development.
• Curate appreciation notes, milestone celebrations, and team experiences.
Finance
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants when required.
• Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and support cost-effective decision-making.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee compensation tracking.
