Esco Logics is a leading IT solutions provider, delivering cutting-edge technology services and products to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from curated lists.
Present IT services and solutions in a compelling manner to generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Follow structured scripts while adapting to customer needs and responses.
Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (IT industry preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Resilient and motivated to handle rejections.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with website design & development.
Fluency in English.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
